Not yet used wiped with water to clean some facepaint off that had touched it while it was folded up in my kit and the print just comes straight off!

We have sold hundreds of these and never had a complaint, we also use these ourselves when Face Painting.
I you had got in touch before writing this we would have been happy to replace or refund.
We have also checked with our manufacturer and they are made with heat transfer ink.
This ink will come away when scrubbed but not just washed with water.
